looks like 2 new members have bid it up for some reason, probably just to have a laugh..

I've noticed a lot of people putting "will cancel 0 feedback bids straight away" in their phone auctions now

or if you notice the last 2 highest bidders are both new and on 0 feedback and have bid stupid amounts, so in theory if he was to offer a second chance offer it would go to the bloke who bid £62... who may well have created the new users in the first place...
