Default Just had my Stage 2+ box fitted

Just had a new gearbox fitted by Bernie at CTS. Its a stage 2+ which has a quiaffe ATB diff n shot peened and polished gearset. Really pleased with it and the service I got at CTS.

Went out for a little play this evening and cant believe the difference it has made to the handling. Before, if I entered a corner a little too fast it would understeer big stylie. Not anymore!" it really does turn in well now. Its a totally different car

It set me back £1650 in total including fitting. Not cheap but well worth it I think

Bloody Hell Mike!!

Where did the extra £455 go? Fitting, fluids + VAT or did you need a new clutch?

Thats massive money!! Fair play

Are you planning big power?

What kind of warrenty do you get?

Its the full works buddy so it aint gunna cum cheap. It was £1200 for the gearbox plus vat, then like you say fitting and fluids. I needed to get the gearbox sorted anyway and fancied getting a quaiffe diff. Then I thought I may as well go the whole way and get shot peened and polished gears too I'd like to go for more power at some point but getting all the other bits sorted first. Brakes and transmittion are sorted so just the suspension to go!" Gotta sort out my group A alloys too
