Default Fitting Valve Stem Seals..

If i get time this week, i think ill make a start on the engine build of my ZT. firstly i need to lap the valves in and stuff, then assemble the head.

what is the best way to fit the valve stem seals?? is it to place them on and the drive them home with a bit of copper pipe over tham and a mallet?

or start them off and fit the valve springs, will that push them on??

or is there a better way lol?

cheers
