Default Mondays Cosworth jobs..with pics.

..after getting it externally how I wanted the car ..its now time to get it ready for some xtra BHP..as its a measely 400bhp at the mo ...so off with the 2wd inlet manifold and on with the EEC4 inlet...this provides me with a few advantages...power restricted to around 520bhp,due to not wanting to break diff or gearbox till uprated..then swedish inlet will go on to unleash any xtra...it will also get rid of the dangerous imo mounted 2wd fuel pressure reg..as now its on a 4x4 reg set up,with -6 fitting for fuel in..also due to braided fuel lines i now have the fuel pressure gauge working....While its all off i will put the oil pressure gauge fittings on...goin against my keeping it relatively gauge free incar ..1st picture...and may i say this is LIVE shit ..i will update this thread as i go on today.

Taking the 2wd plenum off....nice to have the loom lengthened so it runs underneath the plenum

Stay tuned.

Plenum cover off.....no point changed the inlet trumpet part as this is matched to the engine.

Will be fitting the rather small GT35 with external wastegate in around a couple of weeks

Shings imo the spacer is not needed, the elbow is the restriction...but in any case as said i want to restrict power to around 500bhp to give me time to uprate diff and gearbox.

Sleeper...i broke the mercury grey one.

makes it look tidier extending the loom to go underneath the plenum, always though mine lookes a bit busy in that area.
