only 200 quid

 

i wanted one a couple of years ago when i was over 30, but resisted the urge and i'm over it now. saved myself £200 on a 2 week fad

Im 26 and get the urge every couple of months to buy one, usually get talked out of it by the missus cos I wouldnt be safe on one

Last time I went on one, a couple of years back, I sneaked out on my ex's brothers bmx while she was in work. She came back to find me in the kitchen patching myself up after falling doing a wheelie.

this is what i had at the age of 13 in 1983 i still have ago on my boys bike every now and then lol and im 36

 

Loved my Gary Fisher BMX, used to have khe Lamello tires, 120psi in them badboys, super smooth at rolling along but soaked up 0% of jumps and dropoffs!, (even knocked myself clean out on it before) moved onto my GT moto hardtail bike now, but miss the abuse you can give a bmx

 

just get a £100 one from haulfords.....max daddy tires.....dirt track.....try not to fall off

i had one for a year or so the ammount of miles i musta done on it did 40 in a day togo watch drag racin, snapped 2 sets of handle bars twisted the crank and frame and buckled the rear wheel at that point i gave up

oh yeh i gave myself amnesia standin up goin down a hill at 30+ mph hit a rut and ended up face first on the road ....... acordin to mates i got straight back on and rode home, all i can remember was wakin up 3 hours later in my bedroom.........i had a GCSE geography exam the next day, and got a B

 

I'm 25 and never stopped riding mine, loads of my mates are older than me and still ride every day.
