We have been going to Harvey for a long time now he built our engine a couple of years back & it's never missed a beat. im really sorry to read about all your troubles m8, but just one question after spending 8.5k on an engine why did'nt you let Harvey fit it back in the car

My old engine packed up, so it was taken out by my neighbour in his garage which had a 4 poster ramp and all the toys, so it made perfect sense to put the old engine in my boot and take it to Harvey, then i could collect the other one, put it in my car and have my neighbour refit it in a day

Richie Russ don't waste your time going to court - you will loose and get even more pissed off/stressed over it. Just except it and learn from it.

If you got any sense I would have that engined removed, stripped, checked and put back together by someone who you trust just to make sure there are no other surprises and then get it mapped properly by Stu or Karl.

£11K is that all he lost!!LOL (I lost over a min of £20K between two tuners)....anyway he has not lost all that because he still a working engine at the end of it. He has lost a few grand and his bet now is to ensure he loses no more by having that engine stripped, checked and mapped again....

Also I am all for standing up for your rights but the case will get laughed out of court and more money will be wasted.
