actually, having a stainless p/s tank, heats the fluid up! hence the need to cool it

Dave,
This is mine...........
I know it's on pony braided hose, but I had the hoses lying about.............
The new one is in a similar position, with ducting to it as well.............

Easiest method is to split the hose from the swirl pot to header tank and reconnect with the tank in the middle of this. You will need a longer hose going by your picture...
The coolant runs at a lower temperature than the fluid gets to when using on track.

........ because the system already has a cooler of sorts.
That's why you'll find a metal pipe on the lower n/s wing that goes back towards the rear of the car and then loops back to the front............

Please define your idea of boxy - if that is round and cylindrical, then yeah it's "boxy"

Dave,
I thought you were after a system to cool the power-steering fluid NOT a header tank?
Make up your mind
