Default Well that's my National Day over before it started.

Only about 5 miles from home this morning, the temperature gauge on the Cossie looked a bit hot, stopped to check it, everything looked fine, pulled off and it went straight off the gauge. I'm sure it must be just the sender but can't chance it all the way to Donnington. So limped home and that's me. Bow Locks

Wounder but at least it lives to fight another day.

My excuse is too many drinks and up until the silly hours of this morning and the driver is still asleep ...blooming lightweights

Yes, a bit of a nightmare. Looking at the weather forecasts yesterday I was thinking about using my Focus work car but I went out in that yesterday and there's something gone wrong with the steering. It never rains but it pours.

Oh well, at least I was only a few miles from home with the Cossie.

Thanks for that Nick.

Just had the ignition turned on with the engine cold and the gauge is still reading off the scale so obviously it isn't anything serious. Just a wire off, bad earth or the sender I assume. Phew.
