i fooking like that,, and if i had more space and time, i wouldnt mind to build something from it

 

i was toying about it myself

but costs would spiral and i can see myself spending 15k+ on it,

and there cars alreading done out there for 12k with 6 speed dog boxs etc etc

Are you colour blind? It's nail varnish pink . He should be taken out and publically flogged (Phil volunteers to do the flogging - as long as he can wear his gimp suit ).

Well... i have heard that it is possible to repaint cars.. even in other colours... don't know if that's just a rumour...

Just don't let anyone know you built with the as a base..

same as me mate, if I had the space it would already be in my garage - then a couple of days later you think "fuck" why the hell did I buy that as I havent finished the other million projects I already have on the go

 

for leaving it pink.. it would actually be cool (in a way) to keep it pink and thrash everybody with it..
I don't know about the price, £3100, it that is expensive or what but it doesn't sound to expensive for a proper GP A shell..

Buy it and build something really good of it, or not..

when considering the cage would cost at least 1200 quid

i know mate,, i need to give up work so i can have more time to do things,,, anyone know of a job where i get paid for doing nothing at all

 

i kinda figured that it was cheap, but i wasn't really sure about the pricelevel on such things in UK.. and i have heard that the englishmen are really cheap and don't want to pay anything for stuff..
And yeah, i have heard that the scottish are even worse..

Since it is a proper Gp A shell it will probably be worth even more in a couple of years?

I know what you can do to get a "job" that pays for doing nothing.. get unemployed.. the pay isn't that great but you're doing nothing...

I reckon thas pretty cool, with the curvy std cossie kit on it itd look camp as fuck, but with the WRC kit and some mean wheels on it etc etc i reckon itd look spot on.

Theres a S1 RST round here in pink with black rims, and cause of the rims and the fact its a hard looking car, it dont look gay, it looks mean as fuck.

damn.. look at the history of bidding on the shell... plunged from 3 grand to 5 by one stupid bidder.. he probably wanted it bad.. OR... it was the owner that felt it went too cheap for £3000.. that's what i think happened...

 

spoke to the owner he was looking for 6k miniumum really

 

And that's probably why it went from £3 to £5 in one bid... by a ebayuser that never had done any bidding before... oh well.. couldn't afford it anyways..
