any body used this engine oil in there cosworth what do you think?

Mines had shell helix oil for the last 5 or 6 years and its been fine since ive had it. No rattles what so ever from cold even when left a good few weeks. Oil pressure perfect too. It obviously depends on your engine but no complaints here.

If I cannot get hold of silkoline in a hurry, I use Helix Ultra 10/50

Seems to do the job
