please say they dont

my kit never came with any, and as the nuts have like a built in washer i thought nothing of it, cus the old washers dont come off the bolts

and i even went to a local manufactures to get some but carnt get any in the size

ive now torqued the head all down so im going to leave it and see what happens

Never thought of that....................cheers I was starting to get worry'd

Also does anyone know the torque without arp lube????????

well ive already torqued the head down

will this affect it if i undo one at a time and re torqued them

oh arp say use a moly based lube and torque to 105lbs if not using there lube

well im gonna use the lube supplied with the kit so whats the torque setting for that??? and also do you use the lube to screw the studs into the block as well as on the nuts??

so do you just wind the studs into the block hand tight then torque the head down with the one torque setting.....as you have probably gathered, i havent read the instructions yet

They say use thread lock on the end that go's into the block and i think you tighen then to 20ft/lb

There was a thread on here only a couple of months ago with a link to an ARP website that said IIRC that the nuts should be tightened and loosened 5 times (to wear off any burrs on the threads?) before final assembly. If you're fitting these in the near future it may be worth your while finding the thread and clarifying how these need to be tightened correctly.

if you have the insructions then read them mate

they say only use loctite if they are going to be permantly in the block
