Also to add to Dave's question, when having a fuel cell in the boot do you ever get rid of the smell of petrol ?

that why i said if you have the filler cap in the quater pillar like martins escort etc.

if you fill it up in the boot and spill petrol everywhere then obviously yes, it will smell

You can have a splash coned plate put around the filler neck of the internal fuel which will stop fuel hitting the floor and this will drain into the tank

The ProAlloy lads will make you a pipe to rout to the external filler cap & supply the link hoses with correct angles

Easy job

lol thats what i was getting at by sating "filler cap in the rear quarter pillar"

not that thats the technical term mind.

i guess if you dont want to fill over the std filler cap and fit a higher up one then you could always mount the pro alloy tank under the car, then have an uprated in tank pump feeding a fuel swirl pot in the boot, and then twin pumps to the engine.

Didnt think this could be done?
Sard do an aftermarket intank swirlpot/twin pump setup with the option of dual voltage running (ala std Skyline setup so there is no pump buzzing at tickover/low revs).

Cheers

Want to keep it with rear seats and parcel shelf as trying to keep it as much a posible as a road going car.

Maybe asking to much
ah i see, then id go for what cam suggested, but do you really need 2 in tank pumps??

i think one high pressure pump to a swirl pot will be fine as all it will be doing is keeping the smaller tank full, and then 2 x high pressure (or eveon one really good one lol) to feed the fuel; to the engine.

the swirl pot wont take up much room in the boot and you can still get the shopping in lol

I do have a Large Aeromotive pump that l got of Ranj, So maybe as you say Swirl pot in boot feeding the Aeromotive pump
I was meaning binning the big noisy Aeromotive pump and just running 2 x uprated intank pumps and an intank swirl pot as its a road car.

Why such a crazy injector choice out of interest? 4x750 (just) or 8x440's would do the trick much nicer! But I digress..
