stolen 3 door from colchester
can anybody help?my car stolen just before 2 am this morning,chased them up road on foot to no avail...black 3 door reg d959 nrj ,lots of spec running borbet c 17s ..please if anyone knows anything ,its my pride and joy.theyve even taken my two baby seats and buggies. 
it was taken from my drive in stanway colchester,police looking for it now im stuck dnt know what to do with myself

I`m gutted for you m8, i know what your going through at the moment. My 3 door was stolen in the early 90`s, the police didn`t hold out much hope of it turning up, but i never gave up looking for it. I would go out at night looking around all the seedy lockups, asked questions offered rewards but to no avail. Then one night driving back from London i saw a 3 door driving north on the A24, clocked the plate and thought strange `S` reg. Anyway 3 months went by and i got a call from the local police, they found my car intact in Manchester and guess what yep it was the same number plate i saw driving north, The car was ok just the stereo and spare wheel missing. So dont give up hope.

the police came here at 3.30 am theyd found it in stowmarket...all theyve said is "they got disturbed"so make of that what you will. ive bin up all nite throwing up,to think i was asleep15 ft away windows wide open,i heard it start jumped out bed as they floored it up road i was on foot in me pjs chasing em...to no avail tho. 
so colchester to stowmaret how much damage/stripped will it be in that time?1.50am taken-3.30 notified the police had got it....just bin ford fair an all getting ready for national day.worst part is shes my daily drive as people who know me know and my babyseats and buggys and everything was in it.il post again when i know the outcome.thanx everyone please kee ears open as id love to know who did it if they havnt caught them.people beware im in a quiet area whats this world coming too

PROBABLY MEANS THEY WERE BREAKING INTO SOMEONES HOUSE
Hope its ok and not to much damage

If the old bill said they were disturbed, it could mean that they were in the process of stripping the car.
Depending on how far they had got, you may find they have still got all the parts in the same lock up/garage and hadnt yet split it up!

jesus christ, I am so surprised it was found, by rights it coud've been miles away by now. They must've been local could've spotted it in the driveway as drove past (dunno how near you are to the main road) then decided to come back and try and have it - personally I don't reckon it would've been opportunist theft. Stowmarket only about 30 miles from Colchester?
Can imagine the state you'd been in when actually saw and heard it taken

Its been found and at a recovery garage at the moment.
Police wont release the car as they need it for forensics etc but Paula is going over there to assess the damage.
As far as I can tell from what she told me the stereo is ripped out, the seats are half out, wheels half off, wires and pipework under the bonnet ripped out, kiddies seats thrown out and the recovery guy has told her its a right mess. Could be over exaggerating though. No idea at the moment whats gone or damaged.
Makes a change to see one found either way!

I think i saw the car at FF, looked nice on Borbets - whatever the state it's in make it clear to your insurer you want it all back too - if they write it off you want paying out & the salvage too.

sorry to hear about this, glad u got the car back. i often used to leave my turbo round a mates who lived near mersea road, think twice about that these days tho. hope there isnt too much damage done

well quick update ive got the car back today and what a dilema,its trashed ,its ceased solid.... ive lost everything and im now carless ,what a mess it all is.im scared to go tobed in casethey come back,worrying whatl happen nxt...all colchester people beware just beextra careful with ur rs,s....

right where do i start...it had a clifford on it and dnt shout at me but im unsure if i armed it,please dnt say serve you right as im a mum to 8 kids and have a lot on my mind as people who know me full well know... even so no scumbag has the right to nick your car and trash it for fun...i wasnt coverd for theft as they hadnt recieved my alarm confirmation so to sum it up ive lost so much it hurts...poilice tell me there was 3 of them spotted in it and it tallys up with info ivebeen told by various sources...found a vauxhall jack in it so thts one good hint to my inteligence being correct,i have to be careful what i say if you get me...strange things they toook tho...bottle of perfume,two hip hop cds "left my don henly and top gun at least",a fire extinguisher from boot,full set samco hoses and brand new group a filter.my engine was built really well and just been rolling roaded so know it was strong.200 block,h section rods,knife ededcrank.alll arp bolts etc..if you get me so to cease it they were very intent on making me suffer... to me its personal and what goes around cums around...to tango sierra delta il babysit your 3 door for you il sit in it till match finishes lol... just trying to cheer meself up
