Default 0 -60 at FF ? do u need a stand pass?

as above , mate wants to take his erst up the 0-60 but dose he need a ticket to get his car in there or can he just get there and pay ?

No stand pass needed.

You're allowed to do the 0-60 even if you're parked in the normal car park I think.

Pay 'n' park in the normal car park. Go and buy a 0-60 ticket from the 0-60 tent, go and get your car and the marshalls will let you into the 0-60 parking area.
