The Binliner FINALLY arrived today and had quick mooch around to familiarise myself.....






Opened gentre console and found this, what the fook is it?

looks like something to control part of the alarms sensitivity...ie untrasonics etc.....

i would hazard a guess at either a knock sensor or proximity sensor

why does your bion liner need a proximity sensor mate?
is it to stop people dumping their rubbish in your bin?

he has them all over his house aswel for the same reason.....

its a microwave sensor, or proximity sensor as said.

Two adjusters on it, one is for internal ie sets full alarm off, and one is external ie just gives a warning beep if people get too close....

btw a hint is to relocate it as ive found mine caused false alarms when there was spare change about it or chewing gum

you might be fine though,just a thing to consider

the clifford one seems to be affected by metal close to it, dont ask me why but its true
