Default Where to get Microsoft WORD...FAST!!!

ok so i sent an e-mail with an attachment,that was created using Microsoft Works word processor,

the recipient can't view it and said it needs to be in WORD format

i haven't got Word on my PC,and this is fairly urgent,any ideas

change the format of the document to a rich text format, will be able to read it then.

You could copy and paste into word pad, that can save as .rtf

let them put the format change stuff into the computer and then send it back to you

Open Works, open the file, then

File-Save As- Choose type at the bottom and save format Rich Text Format, give it a name and save.

Mail it on, Word will open the RTF no problems.

If he had installed the Works file reader for Word hewould have been able to read your file. Tell him install Word properly.

Works can be saved as Word .doc documents, just select it when you save it, i always have to...
