Heres ours from google earth, the yellow outlines our border and we also own a track that runs around the 5 acre field outlined in red
Making the 23 foot square garage into a self contained living area also, as you can see the house needs to get rid of the nice royal blue guttering, soffits and facias
Now got 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 living / dining room and 2 bathrooms, 7 stables, 2 barns and a 120ft x 60foot riding school in 3.5 acres! Never ending work at the moment getting things straight!
One day i'll get a garage built

Hi mate,
No mate, lost my job at Ford so needed a complete change, moved to Peterborough where houses with land are a lot cheaper than where i was, got a new job, new house and new area - got a self cert mortgage, put 31 grand down and borrowed ( say it quickly and it doesn't sound as bad... ) 259 grand!!
Got no money for toys at the mo though as far too much to pay out for but hopefully soon once the stables are up things will get easier
Peoples houses on here look stunning, wish mine looked as tidy
