Default Couple of questions about rs 7 spokes?

1: Were they originally an optional extra on a certain model?

2: What offset are they?

There where originally an optional extra on a mk1 mondeo

offset for 17in are ET35.

GOT ANOTHER QUESTION, WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST BRAKES YOU CAN FIT BEHIND RS 7'S? (2WD SAFF)

Focus RS Brakes go under apparently, but when I had my saff with them on there was very little room even with the standard 4 pots
