Some people like the charecteristics that a zetec bottom end gives, but want to retain a standard looking engine bay, hence ZVH.
It's also a fair bit cheaper for the total conversion as most stick with KE Jet, and don't change management like a 16v conversion would require....

its how much money u have
theres lots more 16v now then they was 5 years ago as they come on stonge in last few years
