N64 emulator help

Default N64 emulator help

i have an N64 emulator, and every time i try to play a game, it loads till the title screen, then it says insert controller...

what do i do to sort it? do i have to buy a pc controller thingy?

lol, go into the emulator options and set up some controls. I had one ages ago, worked off the keyboard fine.

Where can i get an emulator and games. Asked a few people but they just look at me if im stupid.

If you search around enogh emulator sites you should find one Maybe a P2P program too.

Ive got zsnes emulator to play snes games and on that it worked straight away with my keyboard, didnt touch anything, but ive got a proper usb pc control pad so i just went into the options and set the control pad up, its very very easy to do, its just working out how, must have took me half hour of faffing
But now its all setup its just like playing a proper snes except on a 17" flat screen monitor

Thats also a pain in the ass because most sites want a contribution of some sort, but there are free ones about

If its on an emulator then it will play exactly the same as the n64 version, aslong as you have a nice controller

only site ive got is for snes roms mate, it only has snes roms on there im afraid! just a case of going onto google and having a good search

I bought an N64 of ebay for Ł6.00, is it really worth hours of your life getting an emulator to "sort of run properly" ?
