I'm getting fed up with em now! had them sounding quiet once but obviously they need redjusting once they been run for a bit!

I have got them set at the correct gap which came with the newman cam paperwork and checked them again and they rattle specially bad at higher rpms!

so my question am I allowed to reduce the gap more below the figure that it is meant to be to stop it from making all this noise?

it isnt just me being paranoid, my mate has some solid followers and they sound fine. mine sounds like its done 200,000 miles on the same cam!

please help
