who has one? what are the best games? i like the following sort of games, so reccomend away!

Stuff like lemmings
Good footy games
Good driving games
other good sport games?
alex the kid 1 is awesome, what are the sequels like?

any good rpg's?

i found mine when i was sorting some old stuff just after xmas! Me and the missus were playing sonic 1 and 2 for ages,4got how addictive they r were!

Also gotta love Mortal combat on the mega CD!

i remember when i first got mine and everyone coming round because it was just like being in an arcade

sonic rocks!!!! i bought it on the ps2 actually not long ago sonic 1 2 3 and some other sonic games lol

If you've got a Mega Drive or a Mega Drive II then it's rude not to have Streets of Rage!

I dread to think the amount of hours I sat playing that game over and over again!

Top MD games - Road Rash, Streets of Rage 1&2&3, Sonic 1 & 2, Terminator 2, Streetfighter 2, The Immortal, Fifa 96, Urban Strike, E-Swat, NHL98, Thunderforce 3

Not so gut, but worth a look: Pitfighter, Mortal Kombat, Splatter House, Revenge of Shinobi, Mickey Mouse, Aladdin, Prince of Persia.

Remember them well used to love them and the Master System before that as well

All the Sonics are a must, then all the Micro Machines for sure. I seem to remember playing Road Rash alot, 3 in particular. Now that was good fun, whacking people with chains

Streets of Rage was excellent there were two or three werent there? Other than that PGA golf was good as were the Fifas and Brain Lara cricket.

If you have an xbox just get the genesis emulator and you can have all most of the games on one dvd, plays exactly the same, I have enjoyed playing streets of rage and sonic on my xbox, makes a change from the newer games and brings back memories from years ago.

You can get it on the PC too!

Road Rash was awesome!

Anybody remember the Master system with Alex the Kidd built in? I can still hear the music now

On the MD combat cars, rock'n'roll racing, micro machines 2 & earthworm jim are some that I loved that havent been mentioned. TBH the SNES had more good games!

I have a Mega Drive and Master System set up in spare room. Mega Drive games like Super Monaco GP bring back so many memories.

I was thinking when I looked at the prices, the games for them were the same price as I pay for an Xbox 360 game now, 11 years ago! That is insane!

Street fighter 2 special championship edition was the best game on the MegaDrive by a mile! - you just needed the 6 button control pads!
