None of the 10 Fastest UK Cossies timed, will be their so whats this all about. Its a Reyland benefit day thats all, as is most of whats in FF. I may reconsider doing the next Topspeed run in FF if this is billed as 20 fastest Cossies .

lets be fair here both reyland cars mentioned have way more appeal and are way more well known than yours, so will bring far more people through the gates

Martins car aside i would say the only way Lee's car is better known is through track days, what sounds better 4x4 3dr Cos from Reyland or the Fastest timed cosworth in the country,

BUT Reyland get involved in Fast Ford like Rodney gets involved in Performance Ford, you could say the same about A1 Rally Sport, christ even when they have a track day full of randon cars they choose to show the Editors car along with Steve Scotts car, fuck me how many times do we need to see it, we get to read about Nik's car and Daves car and Simons every bloody month (sometimes interesting other times you must struggle to come up with something) but then it is just the same as Fast Ford, with Simons Dans and Reyland and that other chap sorry forgot your name

fastest timed top speed cossie yes, and thats good at a show why?
would it be doing a top speed run at ford fair?
would it be running round the track at ford fair?
would the show attending public sooner watch lee's car go round track or take still pics of rods?

 

Forgive me for missing the bit were it said they were going around the track...... and that Martins can was not probably going to be trailored there but driven there,

Veiwing statickly the fastest timed cossie is little different to veiwing a car that is not even on the road yet, both have amazing points about them, and appeal to probably very different minded people, the point is the general public will be asking alot of questions of both, and the general public are also very different to the people that chat/know Rod and Martin and are kept fairly up todate with these cars,

rod ff mean 20 of the quickest track cars not drag cars you know the ones that go round corners must say having a quick rwd car certainly makes you the drive flat knacker in a slowish 4wd car just awaiting for 4wd drift when i get the 600bhp norris engine in now that will put a smile on my face pleasure is the name of the game not who,s go car does what! its the thrill factor proper power with 100% driveability fun day fun people

off topic a bit but can anyone tell me why people do huge power 3drs,2wd drive saff and escys but there is a big lack of huge power 4x4 saffs? is there something im missing?surely the 4x4 system is the same as esc so if they can take it why cant saff?sorry if naive people

 

My new record of 220mph (sorry ive not done it yet) if you see my point Martin. I back down on this Topic cos its about a FF event & in that world I dont count. In FF view of the world the 20 Fastest Cossies will be there, I have & will accept this. I will go back to my PF world & be fastest there .
