Hi people wondering if any of you nice ppl out there could help me
Does anyone know the limits of alcohol and cigarettes you can bring back from Europe and whats the limits from out of Europe, like Tenerife or something?
Keep getting told different things, like if you take 1 packet out of the 200 or something.. your ok to bring back lots

AS MUCH FAGS AS YOU WANT, BUT THEY SAY 3200 AS LONG AS THEY ARE FOR YOU. SO DONT BRING BACK LIKE 3000 OF DIFFERENT BRANDS. DUNNO BOUT ALCOHOL IM AFRAID

only 200 from outside the EU i never knew that

i brought back a pack of 1000 when i went to america, thing is, i bought it in the departure lounge at heathrow before i went to america

so technically you never bought them from outside the eu , you simply brought them in from outside the eu. you still paid the tax on them

Within Europe you can bring back as much as you want for your personal use (not as gifts or for sale) but Tenerife and the rest of the Canaries are treated as being outside europe, so they have limits.

My mum is going on one of her monthly holidays in Aug.. so gonna see if she will bring me back some cheap spirits, and maybe some fags i could flog to my mates, seeing as im good and dont smoke
