lost me driving licence

If you mean lost as in can't find (not disqualified) You can ring them up for a duplicate at £19. I did that and it was through in under a week. 
(The number is on the licence application, check the DVLA website too)

as above.. just make sure when you phone them that you say you have lost both parts of the licence or they will make you fill in the form from the post office and send back the bit you still have

Get on the phone and pay CCard and they will send it very quick - I think mine took 3 days.
