100% fantastic day - saw nothing of the rest of the show as usual LOL so can't comment, the people who came with me had a good time though.

Met up with a few people, old and new, good to meet Doug, and catch up with Eagle, Sketch, SiB
My comments would be almost identical to Rich's! (well apart from i did a few less sessions ).

Very little queuing time to get on track, mainly because there appeared to be approx 40 cars on track ish? 12 cars at a time, and everytime i went to go on track (6 times) i got straight into one line of 12, with 12 next to me and 12 on track, so not sure where the other 40 or 50 cars were of the 90 that someone has mentioned were on track, but hey!

Track action was good, very little stoppages, driving standards seemed good and everything went well!

Roll on next year!!!!!!

P.S. Also nice to see the usual people, plus meet new people (DanS)

Cracking day, all 3 of us enjoyed the charity ride in the MK2 escorts (my first time on a track, big buzz), my brother was white for 1/2 hr.
Very well set out & organised, effort from all who put the day together.
Making me consider tax & mot on the S2

Very good day from my point of view... just gutted I wasn't on track

Reference the non RS cars on track.... from the Beds group point of view when we have our track day at Bedford Autodrome it costs £1000's to put on so money talks and you cannot hold out for 100 RS cars to possibly want track passes and then end up short on the cost price for the day....

Iy it was "quiet" then that's just fine for me! Like Sketch I'm not sure where the "other 40-50 track cars" were, I too was only ever one sessin away from going out on all 8 sessions - that's just fine by me! If the organisers got what they needed from the day and were happy with the numbers and how it went, then surely everyone is happy?? Personally, wading through heaving crowds for whatever reson is no fun to me!

Well said Steve some people have no concept of the costs involved and we do not put 10 months of organization work in to make a loss.

If that comment was aimed in my direction, i'll just add that i was on the commitee for three years running helping to organise the Central RS Owners day at Santa Pod, so i do know what is envolved in getting some thing like this together.

Still not a bad day,as you seem to have taken it that i meant it was
