Ok, since it's between a P1 and a 7 GSR it would probably be after a 7 GSR if it was for an excellent point and shoot ROAD car.
If it was between any Scoob or EVO, it would most certainly be a Spec C. Have driven all other variants at some piont apart from a IX GT, imho nothing comes close to it for what I want.
All imho.
Just for the record.... Newage Scoob engines / transmission are far from chocolate (whereas SOME classic versions may of had their problems). I was only talking to Mike Rainbird about my Scoob at TOTB, and he explained how much he has tied up in his transmission (more than I have paid for my entire car mods in total) and even because of that, he still does not want to take the risk of something failing during standing starts (so wont do them). A standard newage scoob box and diffs have no problem with accepting 450-500+ bhp (and relevant torque) on standing starts.

SECS,
Have you got torrets, as you seem to be continually spouting the same thing all the time on this thread.
Perhaps you could shout a bit louder as the deaf git over the road from me probably didnt hear properly.
Better still, perhaps you should do what Bruce Willis did and put a sandwich board on at the next big Scoob gathering with the words on it saying "Scoobs are Shit".

Without doubt it would be the EVO. I test drove both before buying an FQ-300 about 8 month ago and it was the business. Really quick, superb handling and ultra reliable. But got bored and bought and Escort Cossie. Rule Brittania !!
