Default Scrap metal recycling

Is there any value in getting my old brake discs recycled (i dont mean so that I can use them as brake discs again!)?

I just tried a place and he didnt think it was worth it he said just take it to your local council recycling center.

I've got 2 pairs of brake discs to get rid off in the romford area.

Not unless you have a load of them..

Scrap metal is about £60 a tonne, a bit more for clean steel..

If you really want to recycle them take them to the dump and through them in the steel bin
