I have a set on the shelf, and for £15 extra, can have the fitting kits pre-fitted .

Well that goes to show what you know .

The Bosch 403 and 400 injectors were not originally intended for the Cosworth so require some special washers being pressed on.

Also, the caps may or may not need removing depending on whose chip you are using, so it is NOT a case of just fitting as they come (or your car will end up on fire without the fitting kit and could melt if the chip was supposed to run with caps removed and you run with them on).

You need this info .

At least I'm telling him so he is informed (in my own unique way ). Some people just sell the injectors, then when the customer goes to fit them and they piss fuel out everywhere and then ring up to complain, then get told, "oh yeah, you need a fitting kit as well" .

Yes, the discount is the fitting kit is provided as part of the price and for an extra £15, the fitting kit is fitted on the injectors for you (as they're tricky little fuckers to press on ) . Most charge extra for the fitting kits .

Ive had customers calling me telling me that.....and they mangaged it with 803's. (ie not fitting them to the fuel rail first)
