Default strange noise coming fromy sapphy 4x4 when pulling away?

hi peeps, i have just recently bought late sapph 4x4 and on the test drive everything was fine and i coudlnt find fault with the motor nowwhere.after driving around for couple of days i have noticed a rubbing or grinding noise coming from the underneath somewhere, it sounds as if thie brakes r binding because after a couple of minutes driving about and pressing the brakes hard the noise stops until its parked up again and same thing occurs.the bloke who sold me the car said that the front pads were getting low but i had a good few hundred miles left b4 changing them.apart from that the car is absolute minter only covered 74k and with a stage 1 chip running bout 280 horses and hasnt been driven hard since ive had it.any ideas would b greatlly appreciated as im a bit baffled by it. thanks again rick e

could be the exhaust down pipe fouling on the front prop uj and then as the exhaust warms up and changes shape slightly it clears the uj and the noise stops. My 4x4 did that until I re-adjusted the pipe at the turbo end.
