rusty arches and sills
i have booked my car in for two new back arches (£300) and having just had a peek under the car, i noticed that the sills are a bit rusty at the point where they join the arch at the abd of the sideskirt.
1st question:how much of the sill is replaced when a new arch is put in.
2nd question. the rest of the sills are ok. a bit of surface rust but pretty solid. would it be ok just grind the rust away and brush on a bit of under seal?

depends on the rot mate
take it were talkin about a rs turbo here ?
if so then the arch will be kept behind the plastic arch piece and welded on the lip if its not gone to far
£300 for a pair of arches is a good price mate
