You asked for tuners but haven't said what spec your car is - perhaps this would help in pointing you in the right direction. Motorsport Developments and NMS both have a great track record and many many people have had work done by these guys.
They take a great deal of care when working on peoples cars and actually get their 'KICK' from seeing the satisfied customers leave with a big smile on their faces.
They are fairly priced but you have to be real when looking at such expertise. A Live map for a car when they know everything about it, everything works and everything is matched is going to set you back no less than Ł500 no matter where you take it. If you don't know the full engine details, things are badly matched, faulty or alterations are needed to get the engine & it's components to work then expect that figure to start to rocket up.
Lastly neither of the above companies will tell you that you need certain things doing to your car if they did not feel that it wasn't nesseccary.

but it's not necessarily that easy is it? i know of several tuners like that, but the car needs to be in good condition when it gets to them, otherwise they would have to spend hours getting it back to a baseline to improve from (things like removing resistor mods included )
