Default phone call to germany question

would this be expensive

reason i ask, is i bought some water cooling for my pc 3 months ago on my mates account, and the bloke wanted extra money to cover paypal costs from people from uk but didnt want to go through paypal and gave me his bank details this is only 10 euros by the way

now the bank is saying that the bit code is wrong and hes giving me another one but wrong again

he put an unpaid item on my mates account now even though we have paid through paypal and have the email that its been paid, and we put item onot dispatched dispute lol

he is now not answering any emails and ebay havnt done jack to help

so as the tile suggests is theres a number for his shop on the advert so im thinking of giving him a ring to get the correct details or send a cheque to pay it off for my water cooling, i really need it as you carnt get it in the uk anymore

any suggestions on if i should ring or not

Even from my mobile, calling from the US to the UK (and vice versa) was only 55p a min - so bank on having a 3min conversation it should cost less than £1.50....

According to BT's web page, it should cost about 49p for a 5min call if you call after 6pm If you call before 6pm then it reckons it should cost 95p for a 5 min call (between 6am and 6pm, Mon-Fri)

not expensive at all.

i'm sure that they can speak english, but whether they'll want to with an irate "island monkey" on the other end is debatable

btw, it's BIC code

good luck
