Default charge carrier pipe

for a S2 is any one running a carbon fibre one??

if so, where ya get it from??

if not, where can I get one made up?

that's got to stop the air heating up quite a bit!

Hansell Composites could make you one, but it'd be expensive.. The aluminium one doesn't cause the air to heat up when you're flat out..

Yeah, search these forums, one guy was making CF cam covers.. Neither of these things will make any difference to your air charge temp..

depends on what problems you are having ...
if its excessive act's then bigger intercooler will help ..
also try exhaust wrap on the carrier pipes ..
i used a length of ducting hose on mine (building air con) lowered by about 5 degrees tho... but had a huge grs so was already at 40 degrees

I'm not having any temp probs! I just fitted my front mount and like spending money lol.

the charge pipe always get so hot and can't touch it so thought this wouldn't help the air going throught it!

so exhaust wrap will help keep it cool and not keep it hot for longer once its hot??
