Default Two things to say....
1) The Speed problems are sorted again as i hope you can all see.

The issue was a loop in the latest version of PHPBB. Its no good for big forums so we have taken the important security parts out and Pet has coded them in by hand.

2) Froggie is a star.

oh and in fact, a third thing to say :

3) you now have the ability to upload pics directly within topics by clicking the "image hosting" link you can see down left, under the "option" menu (just below the smilies.)
It does not require any registration and it gives you the IMG tags to your image instantly.
