every year the same story....cars are broken..projects not finished...etc etc

Don't know any results really.....
i did 1 top speed run in the end 166
Got a problem with my gearbox, so didn't get the runs I wanted.
4.9 0-60 and 9.5 0-100 on my launch, only did 2.
1/4 was no good cause of box problems with 3rd gear.

big thanks to everyone that turned (all 5 cars lol)
shame the rest didnt show but hey ho, all the other got plenty of runs in.
BIG thanks to Dingy for the ride in the car, fuck me does that thing go... sideways
and Andy R for the blast in his evo fq340, that thing was rapido too
top top rod to lee for his attempts at drifting that bottom corner and cutting the grass on several occasions

What were the times?
Just out of interest caise i want to see how many of them quicker than the 11.8 the fastest vauxhall lad is running so i know how badly we will get handed our arse in our first year, lol?

I can sympathise with the "Yeah yeah my car has x bhp and does a y time" crew, but never try to prove it when it counts.
I used to be one of them when I owned a Ford!

Was a cracking day - after the weather looking a bit dubious first thing in the morning it soon brightened up and it turned out to be a bit of a scorcher with a few of us getting sunburnt!!
Big big thanks to Dingy & Andy_R for letting me drive their cars for a couple of laps round Brunters - both awesome cars in their own right!!!
....and to Fast Ford for the drinks & the melted chocolate bars!!!
Was a shame about people not turning up & about the casulties near the end - hope you get it sorted soon!!
As Dingy said - was a very, very chilled day with plenty of action - I've got some vids I'll post up when I get a chance!!
