Is it all it's cracked up to be....??
Hi all,
Me and my mate are thinking of putting a track car together???
But not just a cheap rust box, thinking of putting a reasonable amount of money in each so that it wont blow up all the time or fall to bits!!!
Where both thinking of something like a RS1800 or Xr3i?? Do you think that N/A is the most reliable for track cars???
Also is it really worth the money?? I know the buzz of flying around the track is amazing, but say you do a handful a track days a year. Would it be worth keeping my 'sunday' car which i would probably drive more????
Any suggestions would help
Thanks
Darren

Yeah I suppose your right Mark,
I think i would enjoy it but like you said when do you stop spending???
If i sold my cossie probably keep £5k or so in the bank and spend around £1-2K on the track car (aswell as Dans £1-2k!).
But it wont happen for a few months if it does happen, just thought i'd see what everyone elses view was
Cheers for the advice.
