Default 2.3ltr v5 engine

Anyone know how tunable they are, i have a seat toledo with the above info and i believe its 150bhp as standard.

There not overally tunable but with a few basic changes you will see an increase i know there is a 170bhp version available.

In america they have lots of bolt turbo and supercharger kits for the v5 but not sure about over here

Was it you with the dodgy headlights? did you get it sorted?

they make a nice sound and go ok, chip and a pannel K&N i think is the cheapest way bhp/Ł and even then i don't think they make much more power..

Yes it was mate, my mate was meant to book it in to an auto electrical place while i was on holiday last week but he forgot so i have booked it in this friday while im at le man so hopefully when i get back ill have a car i can drive at night lol

looks like keeping it standard is the best way then. although a nice exhaust might make it sound even better

i can't remember what the problem was but i know the mk3 golfs had trouble with the switch, when the switch brakes the n/s light doesn't work and the o/s one only gets 9v or something strange, if you have a mate with a golf/toledo/leon or something might be worth just swapping the switch.

Car is all sorted

It was a melted plug on the loom. Apparantly a bad earth.

Finally i can drive at night
