it sounds like it has a speak and spell in it for those who can remember one of them lol was a couple of years ago i think now by the way.

Not sure but the big single was "Its been a while" also did a live version of outside with Fred Durst as well, loved both at the time In fact the album was a favorite.

 

Behind Blue Eyes by Limp Bizkit has a weird speak & spell bit in the middle

 

the Staind album was called
'break the cycle'
the hit from it was 'its been a while'
and the other big-ish track was 'outside' and that was the one
with Fred durst on the end of the album..

some other not too bad tracks on the album if you are ready to
end it all !!!
