Default need help 4x4 saff top speed problem .(or lack of it)

i own a k plate ex police saff and have just put it on the road as i bought it as a project. the problem i have got is the car is stage 3 but will only pull 135(with road angel so its not the speedo) at 7000rpm in fifth all my previous cosworths and they were all faster than that and the official standard spec is more i checked the back diff ratio and it was well wrong to what it supposed to be so just changed it for the defo right one and it seems to be a bit better but is still at 7000rpm with a 5 more mph but i dont know what the front prop to wheel rotation is supposed to be or am i barking up the wrong tree could it have possible box problem or has anyone else had an ex police saff and know if they were geared that way perhaps?

obviously these speeds were on a privite road.!!!!!!

if u have changed the rear diff for one with a different ratio and left the front then your box will break very quickly.

Would i be right in suspecting it has a 2.0 xr4x4 box fitted?

iirc all the front diffs were the same ratio?
