The mk2 surely has an unfair advantage in terms of success as its the oldest 
The group B cars pushed the scene along so much in terms of development they were savage.
I remember reading awhuile back the S4 Lancia clocked a 0-60 time below 3 seconds on gravel
Also the the same Lancia would have qualified 7th in that years grand prix
