I've got 300lbs on for road use on my Saffy, and use 400s on track - neither are comfy but 300lbs work fine on the road.

This is for the fronts - not sure what the backs are - something like 200 or 150 IIRC.

Gaz spec theres to 325 front and 225 rears, was brilliant on track.

Mike R recomended stepping down the rears to 175 but i had a bit if a compromise and went to 190 rears and its taken the harshness out of the ride for road use and is brilliant now in my opinion!!
