BLEEDING COSSIE COOLANT SYSTEM???

Hi all how do u bleed the coolant system on a 4x4 sapphire cosworth is it the same as bleeding an erst where u run the car with the header tank cap off and it self bleeds that way??? ill be changing the coolant hoses for some samcos soon after getting the car and would like to know??, cheers all

sierras are usually needing bled at the bulkhead where the 2 hoses goes to the heater matrix (top hose) just run the car with the top hose undone till its pouring through and re-connect and tighten , this is cos they are really bad for having no heater once u have drained the cooling system

On a 4x4 Cosworth you have got a bleed point on the thermostat housing too
Small(8mm IIRC)bolt on the top of the thermostat housing,undo it once you've filled the coolant up untill the coolant comes out,then replace bolt
Never had to remove the hoses at the bulkhead on either of my cosworths,just leave them ticking over with the header tank cap off upto normal running temp
