have got a set of touring cars mirrors for my 3dr does any body no where i can get some base plates for them. Have seen a set on a moonstone 3dr at stanford hall show a few weeks ago. any body help

Are you after the flat plain type.

I had some on my sierra years ago that i bought from ford.

They were what was fitted to the very first sierras, when they had no passenger mirrors, so you have to get a UK one and a left hand drive one.

They look good because they have the grooves in them the same as the window surrounds.

the mirrors that the old 500's used to use are still obtainable.

but the factory ford mouting bases they used to put them on are very hard to come by.
