Simon won't be producing them for them. They will have bought the right to produce /plans / his development for themselves to manufacture and sell.
If that IS what they have done?

The S8 product was a good bit of kit too.
Even if it was the S8 they may not wish to advertise the fact to distance themselves from simons poor rep.
I would love to see the mapping software to see if it bares any resemblance to simons.

I have no direct experience, but according to people who have, the Collins ECU isn't (or should that be wasn't - well not in it's development stage) as good as the S8.
Speak to Julian Godfrey for the full SP .
I would state that the Collins ECU is TOTALLY their own product and nothing to do with Simon. Obviously therefore, the back-up and support will be 100% .
I would also point out that the Webber system isn't dead and buried yet, a new Windows based application (as user friendly as T6) will be available at the end of this month .
A little taster is on this thread.

An 8 injector set-up will follow along with a P8 version and a "Monitor" .

I openly admit to anyone and everyone that the SECS ECU could have been / should be the best thing that happened to the Cossie world. But coupled to your unreliability / inability to tell the truth, it will never amount to anything . If only someone "clever" had developed it, as I have never met anyone so intelligent / stupid as you in all my life .

So is this only available for SCS to map???
Which level Ecu is it that you must have to adapt??
Surely if you count the cost of buying the original ecu (which are going to go up now) your option will work out fairly expensive?

That is the 4x4 Sierra ECU .
Costs have yet to be finalised, but you're looking at somewhere around that figure.
