Default Big up for Greenlight Insurance

I've recently moved from the Cossie to an Evo (don't shoot me ) and had to get Greenlight to transfer the policy over which they did at a very reasonable price.

I had a limited mileage policy and as part of the transfer had to give a final mileage declaration. I'd already got rid of the Cossie so had to guess on the form - which turned out to be about 13,000 miles out!

After receiving a letter requesting payment for the excess mileage I thought it was going to be an absoulte nightmare trying to convince them of my mistake, but the boys at Greenlight sorted it out in no time at all.

It's so reassuring to know that unlike most insurance companies out there, Greenlight really do bend over backwards to help even when it was my fook up!

Thanks to all at Greenlight, top guys!

Hi Guys..

Just got back from a week away & saw this - many thanks for the kind comments

I do recognise that Insurers are not very popular on PF, but like it or not we all need it.

We will always try our best to help you.

Kindest regards

Tony
