Made one for mine out of an old piece of my standard 2wd turbo heatshield

Bolted it on using the bolts that hold compressor housing to turbo core

Mine melted the reg on alt,was charging at over 16 volts

Is it a Cossie only part or do the 2.0 DOHC Sierras have them?

I expect I already know the answer but thought I'd ask as I'm sure my local scrapper has a DOHC.

http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/produc...T&pcode=NIMG3A

thats your best bet as it can be shaped round the alternator...

we just extended the two bolts on the back and drilled thru this..
