Ive got it really good 
Mate of mine has worked in Ford parts department for nearly 20 years and knows most of it off the top of his head, gets me in everything I need unless its NLA 
Always get a good discount too and all you neeed to do is buy him a pack of fags once in a while

People who dont know their products pisses me off there. One guy at my parents local dealership is a guy I was at college with. Even his boss said "ah Rob, yeah he has been sacked 3 times!"

EVERY time I have been to Ford in the last 2 weeks (Almost daily ), almost all of the parts I have wanted have been out of stock and have had to be ordered me in.
If I had ordered some completely random parts then I would understand it but I ordered stuff like Cat gaskets and some bolts for a Gearbox mount, which must be common stuff.
