if a person is driving on a previsional license and they have a qualified
driver beside them and they been stop by the old bill,and given a producer
the car is all legal .do both learner and qualified driver get producer or just the driver or what
any one

Just qualified but remember that insurance must be right else you both will get fooked over


Been there ,done that

6 points and Ł400 fine back in 1990

I think that the qualified driver must have held a full licence for a year too before they can go out with a learner driver and maybe have to be over a certain age.
