Actually they both look like internal ones (escos) One looks to have the AN fitting for quiped fuel lines the other looks to have the outlet for a normal fuel hose.

Top bloke is Phil he sorted out my pump for me too

Ive got an 044 pump on my 3door, fantastic bit of kit, ive used them in the past on other cars too and they rally do seem to be tough as old boots

The fitting kits are pretty much up to whoever sells you them there is no specific single answer as to what way you get the fuel in and out in terms of the connections, one thing i noticed with mine was that the kit i got supplied involved a bigger diameter than the standard hose, so i had to use a stepdown which isnt ideal, any local hydrualics place should be able to sort that out though, i just havent got round to going and getting a different one yet.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing about fitting ANY uprated pump though is to make sure its got a decent voltage, there are far too many people out there running sub 10 volts at the pump IME!

Mines has the GP-A fitting kit which as rightly said above is for the aeroquip fitting which the car already has for the 033 pump that it has fitted

Chops,

Good mini meet last night we will get something sorted for when you get back the next time
